Two New Marlborough Sales Top $1 Million as Most Deed Prices Go Undisclosed
Nine properties changed hands in New Marlborough between July 24 and Aug. 22, though only two deeds disclosed a sale price. Those two transactions ranged from $1,080,000 to $1,510,000, with a median of $1,295,000. The period's most notable disclosed sale was 164 Woodleigh Road at $1,510,000, sold by trustee Tracey Kelly and the Lake Buel Trust to Steven B. and Alison R. Litvack. Two other transfers listed banks or credit unions as sellers, and one deed moved property between trustees sharing the same family surnames on both sides. With most prices undisclosed, the available data offers only a partial picture of pricing this period.
