The group unanimously endorsed a Berkshire Engineering proposal at $9,800 for site planning and DEP permit preparation, with an estimated three-week approval timeline, and unanimously favored Marc Trachtenberg's proposed two-container side-opening configuration with roll-up doors at a projected cost of $29,400, subject to vendor pricing confirmation. The group also discussed swap shed relocation from its current position in active traffic flow but reached no final decision pending a site walk to evaluate alternatives.
