New Marlborough Select Board unanimously authorizes $49,500 Town Hall renovation project manager. The board unanimously approved Project Planning Professionals Inc. as Owner's Project Manager, with design-firm qualifications due June 3 and an expected design-plan completion by end of January 2027, setting the stage for a spring Town Meeting vote on project funding. Chair Tara B.
White and Vice Chair Bill West also led unanimous votes to approve the FY27 Transfer Station Permit fee at $225 per year and to update the Environmentally Preferred Policy for recycling procurement required by the state Department of Environmental Protection.
