NEW MARLBOROUGH — Select Board opts out of early voting for May election. Responding to cost concerns from the Town Clerk, the Board voted unanimously to opt out of early voting by mail; early voting is required for state and national elections but optional for local elections. The Board of Registrars had already opted out of in-person early voting.
