NEW MARLBOROUGH — Select Board approves June 29 Special Town Meeting warrant. The three-member board unanimously endorsed the warrant for the Special Town Meeting scheduled for Monday, June 29 at 7 p.m. at the Fire House. Article 1 seeks to raise and appropriate $3,013,331 for the Southern Berkshire Regional School District assessment.
Article 2 authorizes the Conservation Commission to establish a filing fee structure through a new general town bylaw. Articles 3 through 6, submitted by the Planning Board, propose amendments to the town's Zoning bylaws.
