NEW MARLBOROUGH — Planning Board elects new officers and pushes protective bylaw revision forward. The board unanimously chose Robert Hartt as Chair and Jordan Archey as Vice Chair, then advanced a roughly ten-article protective bylaw revision toward a public hearing set for June 1, 2026. Members flagged the need to clarify agricultural use, dwelling units, building permit approval, variance and special permit timelines, and marijuana farming definitions ahead of a Special Town Meeting tentatively scheduled for June 29.
Stovall will serve as facilitator to identify subject-matter experts for each article.
