New Marlborough Select Board authorizes bridge engineering and extends PILOT agreement. The board unanimously approved a $63,210 contract with Gill Engineering for Campbell Falls Road bridge bidding and construction services, covered by a state grant of nearly $500,000. Chair Tara B.
White, Vice Chair Bill West, and Member Maggie Arian also unanimously backed a two-year PILOT extension with Construct Inc. for the Cassilis property, requiring $3,484.59 annual payments beginning Fiscal Year 2027. The board additionally granted a one-day wine and malt beverage license for Hot Plate Brewing Company at the New Marlborough Library's October 24 Halloween party.
