The lone priced sale, an address-unlisted parcel, closed at $50,000 on Sept. 11 from seller Jarrett H. Hobart to Peter L. Puciloski, as trustee, and Norfolk Road Realty Trust. The other five transfers, on Old Hitchcock, Clayton Mill River, Brewer Branch, Hayes Hill and Canaan Southfield roads, await posted prices. Two deeds named Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as seller, and two transfers involved trusts as buyers. With most price data still pending, overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from this period's records.
