The Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 14 property transfers in New Marlborough between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only four carried sale prices by press time, ranging from $25,000 to $365,500 with a median of $250,000.

The Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 14 property transfers in New Marlborough between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only four carried sale prices by press time, ranging from $25,000 to $365,500 with a median of $250,000. The top sale was 826 New Marlboro South Sandisfield Road at $365,500, sold by Jeffrey James Von Er to JLS Property Solution LLC. Ten of the 14 deeds, including several involving banks, utilities or the town's conservation entity, had no price yet listed, a lag typical of registry reporting. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a clear read on market tone this period.
