Thirteen properties sold in New Marlborough between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only three deeds show a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $25,000 to $365,500 with a median of $250,000. The period's top recorded transaction was the $365,500 sale of 826 New Marlboro South Sandisfield Rd to JLS Property Solution LLC. Banks, including Berkshire Bank, Lee Bank and NBT Bank NA, appear as either buyer or seller in several deeds, and Massachusetts Electric Co. acquired two parcels. With prices still pending on 10 of 13 transactions, the data do not yet support a clear read on market direction.
