New Marlborough recorded 11 deed transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, though only four carried disclosed sale prices. Among those four, prices ranged from $65,000 to $1,510,000, with a median of $623,000. The month's standout transaction was 164 Woodleigh Road, which sold for $1,510,000 to Steven B. and Alison R. Litvack from Lake Buel Trust.
