Two Keyes Hill Road properties and a second Cross Road parcel changed hands without recorded prices, as did transfers on Norfolk Road, Pine Street and Canaan Southfield Road, the latter two involving a bank seller and a same-family trust transfer, respectively. With price data available for only one of eight sales, the period's overall market tone cannot be assessed from this dataset alone.
