Eight deeds recorded in New Marlborough in July; only one discloses a sale price
New Marlborough recorded eight property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one deed disclosed a sale price. That sale, 605 Cross Road to Canaan Valley Road, closed for $1,375,000 on July 9 in what deed records identify as an estate transfer, with Keith and Jean Alison Dickey as buyers. Two Keyes Hill Road properties and a second Cross Road parcel changed hands without disclosed prices, as did transfers on Norfolk Road, Pine Street and Canaan Southfield Road, the latter two involving a bank seller and a same-family trust transfer, respectively. With price data available for only one of eight sales, the period's overall market tone cannot be assessed from this dataset alone.
