Eight deeds recorded, but only one price revealed in New Marlborough sales
Eight property transfers were recorded in New Marlborough between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one, the $750,000 sale of 201 Stratford Rd on Sept. 1, carried a disclosed price; the other seven listed no consideration amount. That single figure also stands as the period's price range and median, so it cannot be read as a broader market trend. Banks or credit unions appeared as buyer or seller in four of the eight deeds, including Lee Bank, UMassFive College Federal Credit Union and NBT Bank NA. One transfer involved a same-surname pair, and one saw the town's conservation entity sell land to private buyers.
