NEW MARLBOROUGH — Designer Selection Committee selects three architecture firms for interviews on Town Hall renovation project. New Marlborough's Designer Selection Committee elected Chuck Loring as Chair and Barbara Marchione as Vice-Chair, then reviewed five design proposals received by the June 3 deadline from SSV Architects, Jablonski Devriese, ndp, Clark Green + Bek, and EDM Studio. The committee scored proposals based on qualifications; EDM Studio led with 22 points, followed by ndp and Clark Green + Bek with 17 points each.
The three top-scoring firms will interview for the design contract capped at $225,000 for Phases I and II, covering schematic design, design development, and 50 percent Construction Documents.
