Hannen present, approved pricing that includes $100 for Requests for Determination of Applicability; $150 for Notices of Intent with no structures and $200 with structures; $50 for Certificates of Compliance; $150 for emergency permits; and $100 each for NOI amendments and extensions. K.
Hoffman's research of peer communities and a three-tier structure from the Town of Becket informed the final schedule, designed partly to help fund a shared agent position with an annual budget allocation.
