NEW MARLBOROUGH — Design Review Committee selected hybrid office layout for Town Hall renovation. Project Manager Dan Pallotta reported that newsletters and a public input email system have been established, with the architect's website launching at the September 29 meeting. The committee chose a hybrid office cluster design for the upstairs after reviewing three options, directing architect firm EDM to continue development.
Engineers will present mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC options at the next meeting, with first cost estimates expected in mid-November.
