New Marlborough Board of Health approves five septic designs, notes three-percent FY27 nursing increase. Board members Larry Davis III, Jordan Chretien, and John Miller, with Health Agent Scott McFarland, reviewed designs for properties on Hartsville-New Marlborough Road, Clayton-Mill River Road, Steepletop Barn, and Hotchkiss and East Hill roads; the board rejected a six-bedroom design for 810 East Hill Road due to incompatibility with the existing 11-bedroom residential structure. The South Berkshire Public Health Collaborative is planning a three-percent budget increase in public health nursing for FY27, which the board will note in upcoming BOH budgeting.
