NEW MARLBOROUGH — Board of Health approves prior meeting minutes, plans follow-up on permit. The board, meeting in person at Town Hall on March 10, approved four prior meeting minutes spanning October 2025 through February 2026. Health Agent Scott McFarland reported on changes to PHEP voting procedures adopted by the Berkshire County Board of Health Agents and noted that the board previously approved Appendix C revisions to its intergovernmental agreement with the Southern Berkshire Public Health Collaborative, which the Selectboard will now review.

The board examined septic designs for two properties and Title 5 inspection results, then requested that food service permit applicant Maggie Arian attend the April 14 meeting to answer questions about her special permit application for the Farm New Marlborough facility.
